About Us

Gladstone Drafting is locally owned and operated in Gladstone.  It was established in 2006 by Anthony Buenen who, after 18 years of drafting saw the need to move from a purely "sub-contract" style role to establish a Design Drafting office. More than 12 years of his experience has been locally within the local Gladstone Industries, as well as maintenance and small project style work.

Anthony has been involved in many of the larger projects seen in Gladstone in this time.

These include: Line 3 Expansion at Boyne Smelters Ltd.

Construction of Stuart Shale Oil processing plant.

Gladstone to Awonga Dam water pipeline duplication.

More recently our staff have been involved in the RG Tanna Coal Terminal Expansion in Gladstone.

Construction of Comalco Alumina Refinery.

Most of our staff have field experience and have seen first hand the challenges experienced on site both construction and on operating plants. We apply this gained knowledge to implement smarter designs.

Since establishment, we have opened our office in Central Lane, Gladstone and built to a core team of 6 with the ability to "man up" to suit project requirements.
