Through our associated business (Environmental Waste Treatment Solutions), we specialise in providing solutions for the treatment of Medical and Quarantined Waste. In particular we are the Australian& New Zealand representatives for the Bondtech Steam Autoclave Sterilizers. We are an Australian owned business with Technical & manufacturing backing by Bondtech who have 25 years experience in the industry.
We have recently successfully installed & commissioned a 5’ x 12’ sterilizer for the treatment of quarantine waste for a client in Queensland. The new unit was customized to meet all AQIS standards & is operating successfully. All units are customized to suit our clients requirements. With the ability to offer complete “turn-key”, design, construct & commission, packages, or supply only.
We are also able to offer a complete service contract where-by we will provide ongoing scheduled services & supply all consumables. Built & tested in the Bondtech factory the units arrive onsite with minimal work required to install. Our experienced designers can also help you prepare a business case to justify your capital outlay.
Bondtech are the world’s largest manufacturer of Steam Autoclave Sterilizers. With more than 25 years experience building & installing Sterilizers & over 1000 operating units through-out the world. It is estimated that Bondtech Sterilizers treat over 1 million tons of waste per year. The Bondtech Autoclaves use a pre-vacuum to evacuate the air from the chamber & increase the process speed. At the completion of the cycle a post-vacuum is used to reduce the residue steam prior to opening the chamber door.
