Our Design Process

We start with an initial site visit ($350 + GST) to review your project scope and provide design advice.
From your survey plans, we map boundary lines and existing infrastructure.
We create conceptual designs for your approval, suggesting improvements and cost‑saving options.
We complete detailed plans ready for council submission and construction.
Where needed, we engage specialists such as engineers or energy assessors.

We offer several service levels - from basic council‑ready plans through to full documentation and project administration.

I understand the initial site visit cost is $350 + GST.
